Legislation Controlled Substances Act

Part B - Authority to Control; Standards and Schedules. immediate precursor, included in schedule I, II, III, IV, or V of part B of this subchapter.

Unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, any material, compound, mixture, or preparation containing limited quantities of any of the following narcotic drugs, or any salts thereof: SCHEDULE IV SCHEDULE V.

The Attorney General is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations and to charge reasonable fees relating to the registration and control of the manufacture, distribution, and dispensing of controlled substances and to the registration and control of regulated persons and of regulated transactions.
