300 mg acetaminophen and 15 mg codeine phosphate; 300 mg acetaminophen and 30 mg codeine phosphate; 300 mg acetaminophen and 60 mg codeine.

Acetaminophen belongs to the group of medications called analgesics (pain relievers) and antipyretics (fever reducers).

The usual recommended adult dose is 1 or 2 tablets taken every 4 hours as required. The dose should be adjusted according to amount of pain experienced. If the codeine content of the tablet is 60 mg, the usual recommended dose is 1 tablet every 4 hours as required. Do not take more than 360 mg of codeine or 4,000 mg of acetaminophen in 24 hours.
