APAP/codeine/guaifenesin/phenylephrine - Acetaminophen is a pain reliever and fever reducer. - Do not take more of this medication than is recommended.

Less serious side effects may include:

Codeine can pass into breast milk. The use of codeine by some nursing mothers may lead to life-threatening side effects in the baby. Decongestants may also slow breast milk production. Do not use this medicine without ling your doctor if you are breast-feeding a baby.
