Amiloride Hydrochloride is a diuretic (water pill) used to treat congestive heart failure, high blood pressure (hypertension), and other conditions such as low potassium levels in the blood (hypokalemia). Common side effects include nausea, stomach pain, gas, and mild skin rash.
